When you send a fit request, ask about a jacket, book a consultation, or join the newsletter, we collect the details you enter: name, email address, phone number, and the notes you write. Our website also records standard analytics such as pages visited, device type, and referring site.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule or hold your consultation.
- To send order updates and, if you opted in, occasional style guides and new drops.
- To understand which pages help people and which do not.
Who handles it
Form submissions and bookings are stored in our customer relationship system (HighLevel). Site analytics run through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Your choices
