How a return works

Tell us
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If you want another size, say which and we will hold it.

Send it back
Pack the jacket unworn with the hang tags attached. Use the prepaid label on US orders over $120.
- Step 3
Get your refund
Once the jacket reaches us, the refund goes to your original payment method, or your exchange ships.

When do I get a tracking number?
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the jacket leaves us, so you can follow it to your door.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the United States is free on orders over $120. Under that, the carrier rate is shown before you confirm the order.
Can I return a jacket I have tried on?
Yes, as long as it is unworn and the hang tags are still attached. Try it on indoors over a plain top, then decide.
Who pays for the return?
US orders over $120 come with a prepaid return label. On smaller orders, the return shipping is not prepaid.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds go back to the original payment method once the jacket reaches us.
Can I swap for a different size?
Yes. Tell us the size you want when you start the return and we will hold it for you. If you are unsure, a free fit call settles it before you send anything back.
