• Free standard shipping within the United States on orders over $120.
• Orders under $120 ship at the carrier rate shown before you confirm.
• You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the jacket leaves us.

Returns and exchanges

• 30 days from delivery to return or exchange.
• The jacket must be unworn, with the hang tags still attached.
• US orders over $120 get a prepaid return label.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once the jacket reaches us.

Exchanging for a different size

Tell us the size you want when you start the return and we will hold it for you. If you are unsure, book a free fit consultation first; most exchanges are avoidable with one call.
